Making payments...

 

Fees are paid weekly by bank transfer in advance of any appointments. More information on making on-going payments will be provided during your initial telephone consultation.

 

Therapy sessions occur on an agreed day and time each week (or every 2 weeks); this space is reserved for you. To make this possible and to maintain the consistency of your appointments for the duration of our work together, payment is due for all sessions, including those you cancel with less than 48 hours notice. 

 

You will be invoiced the full consultation appointment fee if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, or fail to attend. You will be invoiced for sessions you do not attend through illness, travel or other commitments.

Therapy is a serious commitment between client and therapist and my cancellations policy reflects this.

 

I understand that plans sometimes need to change and I require at least 48 hours notice of any cancellation, otherwise you will be charged for the missed session.

 

Sessions cancelled by myself will not be charged and I will endeavour to give you adequate notice should I need to reschedule our appointment.
